Peacefully at VON-Sakura House, Woodstock on Saturday, January 27, 2024, Frank George Pihokker of Vienna passed away at the age of 53 years, with his loving family by his side.
Loving husband to Maggie. Devoted father to Evelyn, Katelyn and Erin.
Cherished brother to Elizabeth (Jeff) Carlson, Laurie (Maros) Luzak and Robert (Allison) Pihokker.
Beloved Uncle to Jaxx, Keegan, Chantel, Carmen, Connor, Sadie and Sophia.
Predeceased by his mother Roza (January 18, 2024) and his father Frank (1981).
Frank was a hard-working farmer of tobacco, asparagus and squash, who nourished the land much like his family, with love and care; a proud tradition of farming which was passed to him from his parents.
In his spare time Frank loved spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed boating, fishing and hunting.
Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Friday February 2, 2024 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. The Funeral Liturgy to be held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home on Saturday February 3, 2024 at 11:30 am. Father Seejo John to officiate. Interment will be held at St. Ladislaus Roman Catholic Cemetery, Courtland. Memorial donations to the VON-Sakura House, Woodstock would be appreciated by the Pihokker family, either directly to the charity or (payable by cheque) by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home.
