Geisel, David Alan (September 26, 1953 – August 17, 2024)
Passed away, peacefully, at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, August 17th, 2024, with his daughter Ashley by his side, David Alan Geisel, of Tillsonburg, formerly of Woodstock and Plattsville at the age of 70. David loved the outdoors and especially fishing the Nith River. Dave was a transport truck driver for over 50 years with BLM Trucking as his most recent employer. Loved father of Ashley Geisel and uncle of Taylor. Survived by his siblings Roberta Wojcik, Kim Coates, Deb O’Blenis and Carol Geisel.
In keeping with David’s expressed wishes, cremation has taken place. Everyone who knew David is invited to share favourite memories, photos, or personal condolences via David’s online tribute page at www.verhoevefuneralhomes.com. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society (Research) would be appreciated via David’s online tribute page or by contacting the Maurice J.
