Michael Brian Ulakovic, age 64 years, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024 with his family by his side.
Mike was born on August 21, 1960. He was a Westfort boy in his younger days. He attended St. Ann’s Elementary and Westgate High Schools. He worked at Abitibi Mission Mill, followed by Bombardier until his retirement. Mike loved his children and spent a lot of time with them in their younger days. He had a quiet personality and didn’t ask for much in life. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and camping. Whenever he talked to his mother his goodbye was always “Love you Mom.”
Mike is survived by his three children, daughter Sidney (Ben); two sons Tanner (Lindsay) and Colton (Samantha); grandson Kane; mother Lovette (Lou); brothers John (Deb), Mark and Paul (Jess); nephews Tyler (Meagan) and Kyle (Sarah); and niece Serena.
He was predeceased by his father John and grandparents.
A private family service will be held in WESTFORT FUNERAL CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
