Obituary
It is with sadness that we announce our dear husband and father Gino passed away in Richmond Hill with family by his side at the age of 96. He was born in Manoppello, Pescara, Italy to Pietro and Santa Del Grosso (nee Iezzi).
He is survived by his beloved wife Antonietta (nee Mancini) . Loving Father to Paula (Roberto), Mary (Gilles) and Peter (Paula). Proud “Cocco” to Linda (Rob), Adam (Alba), Daniel (Rachel), Christian (Kristen) and Julian. Adored great grandfather “Cocco” to Robbie, Amanda, Lucas, Sierra and Jason. Brother to Fulvio (Iolanda), Eva (Umberto), and Joseph. He is predeceased by his brother Bruno (Maria).
The family would like to extend their deepest thanks to the staff of Mackenzie Health Hospital for all of their care and unfailing kindness.
Gino’s life was one filled with love for his family, his many friends, and for those whose lives he touched. His captivating stories and humor created smiles, laughter, tears, and inspiration for his family. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s society.
