Freda Akerman (nee Kunigis) (Binstock) passed away peacefully on December 20, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Yaakov Akerman. Loving and devoted mother of Sandi Weisfeld (the late Ron) and Bernie Binstock. Cherished grandmother of Adam, Jeremy and Shane (Tina). Great grandmother of Ethan and Brooke. Lovingly remembered by her sister Eleanor Kunigis Moidel. Pre-deceased by her sister Annette and brother Dovid, and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
If a life can be measured by the depth and breadth of the human spirit, and by the love one person holds for all others, then Freda has lived an infinite life.
