She was born in Stratford on September 16, 1956 a daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Brooks) Wade.
Julie was a registered nurse and had worked at Stratford General Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, David Warne Lindsay; her son, Caleb Sebben; her brother and sister-in-law, David and Bonita Wade.
