LEFEBVRE, Gerald “Gerry” Paul
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones after a brief illness on Monday, September 2, 2024, at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Gerry was born 70 years ago in Kapuskasing, Ontario.
Devoted and loving husband of Betty Jean (Fox) Lefebvre. Cherished stepfather of Jason Nodwell (Natasha) and Samantha Kritz (Jeff). Proud grandfather of Gavin, Evan and Olivia. Gerry will be missed by his brother Ronald and sisters, Lynne Szczaurski, Lyse Kemppi (Ray), Carole Lefebvre (Gord Read), Denise Godin (Bob), brothers-in-law, James Fox (Carol), John Fox (Anne), sister-in-law Sharen Bamberry and by his many nieces and nephews.
Gerry was predeceased by his parents Mederic and Lucia (Trudel) Lefebvre, and sister Claire.
Gerry was a proud resident of the Stonecroft Community in New Hamburg. He was an active man and enjoyed a good round of golf, as well as playing pickleball with his many friends and family.
A Celebration of life will be held at the Stonecroft Recreational Complex on Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 2 to 4 pm.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice and can be done on the funeral home website.
