Obituary for Ronald Goodberry GOODBERRY, Ronald Achie Boyd Ronald, a life-long resident of Verona, Ontario, passed away peacefully in his sleep at Fairmount Nursing Home on November 20, 2023 in his 92nd year. He is survived by his beloved wife, June of 20 years; predeceased by his late wives, Marilyn and Betty. Devoted father and best friend of Boyd (Marilyn) Harrowsmith, Ontario; infant twins Beverly & Bettyanne (predeceased); Rhonda O’Brien (Ben) Stirling, ON; Yvonne Dye (Carl Lee) Medicine Hat, AB; Paul (Alzira) Medicine Hat, AB; and Jackie Thompson (Kevin) Inverary, Ontario; and June’s children, Vernon, Karyn, Jennifer and their families, and cherished grandfather of Adam, Emily, Laura, Melissa, Kristin, Christina, Jennifer, Benjamin, Bodana, Lynn, Leanne, Natasha, Nicole, Michael, Jesssica, Allison, Dana, and Ethan, and numerous great-grandchildren. Survived by brother, Donald Goodberry (Roberta) and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James and Emily (nee Knox), and predeceased by siblings Evelyn, Geraldine, Bertha, Wilfred, Harry, Ila, and Bella. Visitation will be at Trousdale Funeral Home, Sydenham, Ontario on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. with the funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. Burial of his ashes will be in Verona Cemetery following the service. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or Pinegrove Community Church. Sing with the Angels.
