There are no words to express the profound sadness and broken hearts over the loss of our extraordinary Kelsey. Very much loved Mother of Kylie. Cherished daughter of Kari (Rick) and Dave (Kim). Precious big sister to Mike (Katrina) step sister to Richard (Petranella) and Cameron. Adored granddaughter of Rick and Joan (predeceased) and Gloria and Harry Wilkinson. Born on May 14, 1992, in Sudbury, Ontario , Kelsey leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience that will be deeply cherished by those who knew her.
Kelsey’s greatest joy in life was her daughter, Kylie, with whom she shared a bond full of laughter, love, and cherished moments. As a mother, Kelsey poured her heart into making sure Kylie was loved and cared for. She had a fierce, unwavering love for her. Her family takes comfort in knowing how deeply she loved her daughter and how precious their time together was to her.
An animal lover through and through, Kelsey was rarely seen without her two dogs and two cats, who brought her companionship, comfort and joy. Her love for animals extended back to her youth when she avidly rode horses, finding peace in the beauty of the natural world. She touched countless lives with her caring spirit, kindness, and empathy that touched everyone she met.
To honor Kelsey’s memory, the family invites those who wish to donate, in lieu of flowers to Pet Save.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date, allowing loved ones to gather in remembrance of her kindness, her love for family, and her generous heart.
Kelsey’s time with us was far too brief. Although you have left our arms, we will forever hold you in our hearts.
