In loving memory of Brandon Vanderhooft, 43 years who passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024. Beloved son of Mike and Rita (née Gupta) Vanderhooft. Loving brother of Melissa Kainola (Michael). Cherished uncle of Jack and Ben Kainola. Dear grandson of Shirley Hull. He also leaves behind his biological mother Ena Taylor and siblings. He will be deeply missed by his life partner Natalie Mailloux and his girls Georgia, Nelli and Foxie (pups) and her children Caitlin Demers AKA Oscar (TJ), Nathan Demers (Stephanie), Dylan Schultz (Haillie), Dustin Schultz (Marise) and will forever be remembered as Brandpa to her grandchildren Maverick Demers and Aryah Lamarche. Will also be missed by her parents Gil and Sue Mailloux and her siblings Michelle Mailloux and Denis Mailloux. Brandon will also be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He loved hunting and fishing, especially fishing, some would say he was the best fisherman and he enjoyed riding around on his Harley.
A celebration of his life will be held at the Caruso Club Lower Hall, 385 Haig St., Sudbury on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 1-6pm. Donations in his memory may be made to Pet Save or the Sudbury Food Bank. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
