The family announces with sorrow her death Sturgeon Falls, Sunday August 18, 2024 at the age of 77 years. Daughter of the late Herbert and of the late Margaret (née Savage). Beloved wife of Claude. Loving mother of Ginette Zaba (Danny) and Lynn Remillard (Alain Robert). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jessica (Mike), Stephanie (Shawn), Michael (Megan), and her great-grandchildren Carson, Chloe, Jace, Jack, and Rhya. Dear sister of Denis (late Diane) and Marie-Claire Lamoureux (Richard). Predeceased by her sisters Lorraine Labelle (late Conrad), May Tourigny (Guy Philion), and Marguerite Marleau (late Michel). The family would also like to acknowledge the numerous other family members, in-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends that were and integral part of Florence’s life. A mass of Christian burial will be held at the Sacré-Coeur Church, Sturgeon Falls on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Dr. Bourgault and all the staff at the West Nipissing General Hospital for the care and compassion they showed Florence. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

Épouse bien aimée de Claude. Mère bien aimée de Ginette Zaba (Danny) et Lynn Remillard (Alain Robert). Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants Jessica (Mike), Stephanie (Shawn), Michael (Megan) et ses arrière-petits-enfants Carson, Chloe, Jace, Jack et Rhya. Sœur de Denis (feu Diane) et Marie-Claire Lamoureux (Richard). Prédécédée par ses sœurs Lorraine Labelle (feu Conrad), May Tourigny (Guy Philion) et Marguerite Marleau (feu Michel). La famille voulait aussi reconnaître tous les autres membres de la famille, beaux frères et belles sœurs, cousins, nièces, neveux et amis qui était partie de sa vie. Une messe sera célébrée à l’église Sacré-Cœur, Sturgeon Falls le vendredi 23 août, 2024 à 11h00. La famille voulait remercier Dr. Bourgault et l’équipe de l’Hôpital Général du Nipissing Ouest pour leur compassion.
