Obituary of Vera Jean Campbell
Peacefully at Strathmere Lodge on January 12, 2024, Vera Jean Campbell departed this earth to go home to be with her Saviour. Loving wife of the late Herbert Campbell. She was the proud mother of Ken (Faye) Campbell, Carol (Dwain) Morgan, and Ron (Kathy) Campbell. She was the cherished grandma of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Vera is survived by her loving sister Marie (the late Albert) Veenstra. She was predeceased by her brother Mack (the late Irma) Stacey.
Everyone that met and knew Vera loved her. She was endlessly proud of her family and enjoyed creating many special memories with them. Family was Vera’s greatest joy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday January 18, 2024 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A funeral service will take place immediately following at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Strathroy Cemetery.
In memory of Vera, donations may be made to Samaritan’s Purse, Strathmere Lodge, or to a charity of your choice.
