Obituary of Tim Eastman
Timothy (“Tim”) Earl Eastman passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on November 27, 2023. Tim was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Geraldine Eastman, brother, William (“Billy”) Eastman, and sister, Catherine (“Susan”) Tilson. Survived by his children, Tyquila and Logan Eastman, granddaughter, Rosie, sister, Janice (Norm) Williams, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews. Also survived by his good friends, Ruth Talbot and John Cann. Tim battled with Crohn’s Disease for over 40 years, and appreciated the care he received from many nurses, Dr. N. Buma, and Dr. D. Sanders. He was a proud member of the Masons and was thrilled when he was able to follow in his father’s footsteps as a long-haul truck driver.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023, from 11:00 am until 12:00pm at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A funeral service will take place immediately following at 12:00pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Strathroy Middle General Hospital Foundation or Childcan The Childhood Cancer Research Association would be appreciated.
