Maria Ricardina Rosa
Suddenly at Strathroy Middle General Hospital on Thursday, December 28, 2023, Maria Ricardina Rosa passed away at the age of 54. Maria is survived by her aunt Jacinta Monteiro (the late Manuel Monteiro, 2002), her cousins Maria Couto, Manuel Monteiro, John Monteiro, Liz Monteiro, Felismina Monteiro, Carlos Monteiro and Laura Monteiro. Maria is also survived by many other cousins in Canada and Portugal. Maria is predeceased by her parents Esmalia Rosa (1993) and Ricardo Rosa (2009).
A special thank you to Maria’s caring neighbours, especially Elaine, who offered a helping hand.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, from 9:30am until 10:30am at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 11am at All Saints Roman Catholic Church. Cremation to follow. A private family interment will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Strathroy Middle General Hospital or towards cancer research.
