It is with heavy hearts that the family of Kenneth Charles Forron announces his passing at Strathroy Middle General Hospital on Monday November 6, 2023, in his 83rd year. Ken was the loving husband and best friend of Joanne Forron for 55 cherished years. He was the proud father of Kim (Richard) Madruga, Tricia (J.R.) Thompson, and Kristen (Brett) Flanagan. Loving Grandpa of Stefan (Celia), Natalia (Perry), Quentin (Jessica), Alexis, Edde, Mariah, Aaliyah, Lucas, Rhyley, and Spencer. Great-grandfather of Carter, Elijah, Charlotte, Lawson, and Baby to be in the spring. Ken was survived by his sister Barbara (the late Oscar) Forron. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy (Brian) Dancey.
Ken was a very caring, hardworking and supportive husband, father and friend. Spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought him so much joy. His grandchildren will remember sitting on the deck feeding the squirrels and watching the birds. Ken was also an avid sports fan who loved playing golf with his friends. He had an impressive amount of hole in one’s that he was very proud of. Ken was a very dedicated and hard working man who will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY on Tuesday November 14, 2023, from 1:00pm until 2:00pm. A funeral service will follow immediately after at the funeral home beginning at 2:00pm.
