Obituary of Hazel Dawn Chapman
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of Hazel Dawn Chapman, in her eightieth year, on February 1st, 2024. Loving mother to Colin (Liz) Chapman, Nick (Michelle) Chapman and Laurence (Jennifer) Chapman. Dear Grandmother to Stephen, Cody, Michael, Carter, Emma, Spencer, Andrew, and Jack. Survived by her sister-in-law, Jean Lawrence, and pre-deceased by her brother, Bryan Lawrence. She will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Hazel was an animal lover, a doll maker, and a very talented crafter.
Cremation has already taken place.
A private family celebration will take place at a later date.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
