Jack Charles Thompson, age 69, of Stratford and formerly of Atwood passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital on May 24, 2024. Born in Guelph, son of the late Harold and Doreen (Schuett) Thompson.
Predeceased by his wife Marie Therese (Legere) July 6, 2010. Survived by his daughter Shannon Archer (Wendell); sisters Judy Gilbert (John) and Sandy Chilton; sister-in-law Lynn Legere and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his siblings Thomas, Connie and Bill Thompson, brother-in-law Gerry Legere and sister-in-law Gloria Legere.
Family and friends are invited to the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Thursday, May 30, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow.
