Amy Liliian Hogg, age 92, of Dorchester and formerly of Stratford passed away peacefully at the University Hospital on February 23, 2024. Born in London, daughter of the late Thomas and Shirley Stewart.
Beloved wife for 67 years of Wentworth Hogg. Loving mother of Jim Hogg, Stephen Hogg (Michele), Grandmother of Susan Byrne (Jeff), David Byrne (Nathalie). Great grandmother of Ameila Osso, Lilianna Osso, Rosalie Byrne, Edison Byrne. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Predeceased by son Stewart, stepmother Vera Stewart and sisters Kathleen Love (John), Patrcia Good (Orville).
Interment will take place at Baird Cemetery in Brucefield on Saturday June 8th at 10:30 a.m. followed by a celebration of Amy’s life in the Reception Centre of the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford, from 2-4 p.m. Donations in Amy’s memory may be made directly by credit card to the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism or the Canadian Cancer Society. www.wgyoungfuneralhome.com
