Obituary
Albert (Al) de Waal, age 69, of Woodstock, passed away on Thursday November 23 2023 at Sakura House Hospice. Born in Vlissingen, Holland. Son of Anthonius de Waal and Alberta Hendrika van Kampen.
Loving Husband to Wife Ellen Jacobs and father to Amy Hill (Rob Smith) and Benjamin de Waal (Vanessa Ferrari). Grandfather to Savannah Hill, Ruebyn & Rhea de Waal Ferrari.
Brother and brother in-law to Jean Wolfe, Ted (June) de Waal, Peter (Louise) de Waal, Bob (Samantha) de Waal, Mary de Waal, Jude (Tom) Woodhouse, Dave Jacobs, Bill Jacobs, and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Cremation and then interment will be a private family service at Avondale Cemetery in Stratford.
A Celebration of life for Al will happen at a later date to be announced.
