Obituary of Marjorie Elaine Bowler
Marjorie, formerly of Winona, entered into the presence of her Lord and Saviour, at the United Mennonite Home, Vineland, on Thursday, September 28, 2023, in her 95th year. Predeceased by her husband Charles (1993) and her daughter Judith (1992). Loving mother of Charlene (Gary) Kump of Hamilton, Norman (Lori) Bowler of Alma, John (Sharon) Bowler of Grimsby and Elizabeth (John) Thiessen of St. Catharines. Predeceased by her brothers Don (Hilda), Chuck, Jack and Howard. Survived by sisters-in-law Karen, Nettie and Heather. Marjorie will also be missed by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and their families.
Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on, Monday from 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Winona Gospel Church, 218 Glover Rd., Stoney Creek, on Tuesday, October 3 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow the reception in Mountview Gardens, Stoney Creek.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario Indigenous Neighbours Program, Suite 203 – 50 Kent Ave., Kitchener, ON N2G 3R1 or to the charity of your choice.
