Obituary of Baldassare “Bill” Caltagirone
In Loving Memory of Baldassare “Bill” Caltagirone, who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in his 79th year. Born on July 18, 1945 in Aragona, Sicily to Filippo and Rosaria, he is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marietta, his three daughters: Cinzia (Rheo), Nadia (Luigi) and Sonia (Tanner), as well as four granddaughters: Alexandra, Daniella, Emma and Abby. Brother to Luigi (Concetta), Vincenzo (Anna), Sonia (Massimiliano). Predeceased by his brothers Angelo (Narcisa) and Rosario (Ida).
Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Monday, April 15, 2024 from 11am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Our Lady of The Angels Cemetery, 681 Mud St. East, Stoney Creek, followed by a reception. Huge thanks to the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, especially Dr. Amer.
