Donald, Alexander “Sandy” Boyd
Died peacefully at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood with his family by his side for the duration of this part of his journey…..on Friday, May 24, 2024 at the age of 84.
Sandy, of Wasaga Beach, was the beloved husband of Maureen (Moe) for 24 years. Loving father of Brett, Kim, Patricia and stepfather of Beth, Kerry-Lee (Matthew) and Matt, Brother-in-law of Barry (Ani) and Jamie (Leanne). Cherished grandfather of Brodie, Eli and Adrian. Dear brother of Patricia (late Carl). Lovingly remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Sandy loved to golf and excelled at the sport and was an avid reader. He worked as a “Master Electrician” for over 20 years at Pilkington Glass. He will be greatly missed.
At Sandy’s request, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sandy to the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation for Campbell House Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
