Obituary of Stephen Wallace Crowe
CROWE – Stephen (Steve) Wallace of St Thomas passed away surrounded by all his family at the St Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Friday, March 1, 2024 at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Michele Crowe (nee Knipe). Steve is survived by children Rebecca “Bec” Crowe (Tony Womersley) and Brad Crowe; siblings Janet Crowe-Wortley (Svend Wortley), twin brother Doug Crowe (Liana) and Don Crowe (Renee); mother-in law Betty Knipe; brother and sister in-law Steve and Elaine Knipe; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George and Joan Crowe and father-in-law Stew Knipe. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. The memorial service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment of ashes in Union Cemetery at a later date. In leiu of flowers, donations to St Thomas Elgin Food Bank would be appreciated. Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
