Obituary of Ben Pfeffer
PFEFFER- Benjamin Cecil of St. Thomas passed away at St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at the age of 31. Ben will be lovingly remembered by his father Ken Pfeffer of South River; his mother Sharon Pfeffer of St. Thomas; by his grandmother Joyce (late John) Pfeffer; by his aunts Darlene (Bob) Morphy, Joy (Mike) McCullouch, Diane Charlton, Nancy (Barry) Cole; his uncle Steve (Sandra) Barendregt; and by his many cousins and friends. Predeceased by his grandparents Donald Berdan, and Bernice (Ted) Cohoe; and by his uncle John Pfeffer. Ben enjoyed spending time with his friends at his “job” at Our Place Respite in St. Thomas. He loved going to demolition derbies and cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. A memorial service will be held at the Elgin County Railway Museum 225 Wellington Street, St. Thomas on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570). If desired, donations to Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.
