It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Sheila Anne Best, on January 19, 2024 in her 78th year. Sheila will be extremely missed by her loving family, her son Scott Jane (Kathy), her daughter Kimberly Cole, her cherished grandchildren Brandon Jane (Genevieve) and Amanda Jane (Keith). Sheila was affectionately known as GiGi to her great granddaughter Abigail Jane.
Sheila was predeceased by her parents Hugh and Mildred Colbert and brother Allan Colbert. Sheila is survived by her brothers Grant Colbert, James Colbert (Marilyn), as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and their families.
As per Sheila wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to PASSFIELD MORTUARY SERVICES INC. (905) 682 0474. A Celebration of Life will occur Sunday March 24, 2024 at The Canadian Corps Unit 44 – 7 Clairmont St. Thorold, Ontario from 2pm till 5pm.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of choice in Sheila’s honour, would be appreciated by her.
