Peacefully surrounded by family at the Ottawa General Hospital on Friday December 20, 2024, Gary Hoy age 75 of Mountain. Beloved husband of the late Dawna (Nee Fife). Loving Dad of Melanie Hoy (Mike Hunter) of Sauble Beach, ON, Terri (Ian) Lang of Port Perry, and Tyler Hoy (Breanna Taylor) of Mountain. Proud Grandpa of Luke Lang, Shyanne, Oliver and Genevieve Hoy. Dear brother of Marie Hoy, the late Barbara Hoy & brother-in-law of Maurice (Ruth) Fife, Maureen (Frances) Ives, Dennis (Mary) Fife, Arlene (George) Bryan and the late Mervin Fife. Predeceased by his parents Mary Cameron and Lorne Hoy. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and the Fife Family. A Visitation will be held at the South Mountain Agricultural Hall 2967 Lough Road on Monday December 23, 2024 from 4 to 8 p.m. Where a service will be held on Tuesday December 24, 2024 at 11 a.m. Interment Reids Mills Cemetery. By family request donations may be made in Memory of Gary to the Dundas County Hospice or a local minor sports association of your choice.
