Parker, William John
Peacefully at the Smiths Falls District Hospital on Tuesday, November 05, 2024, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of his first wife Mary Eileen Parker, and his second wife Joan Beverly Parker. Loving father of David (late Mary) Parker, Richard (Cameron) Parker, and step-father of Sheri Kinch. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Mathew (Amy) Parker, Tiffany (Cory) Parker, and his great-grandchildren Myles and Jamieson Parker. Survived by his brothers Brian (Linda) Parker, Randy (Linda) Parker, and James (Darlene) Parker. Predeceased by his parents Holmes and Bridget Parker, and his siblings Jean (Frank) Blimki, Donald (Marilyn) Parker, and Catherine Parker. Fondly remembered by his close friends John and Laurie Emon, Isaac Whan, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
William was a proud and active member of the Shriners for many years.
Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Lannin Funeral Home on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm, and 6:00pm – 8:00pm. A graveside service and interment will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 1:30pm, at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Renfrew. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home.
