Obituary of Debra Joan Bellevue
Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 6th, 2024 at the age of 60. Reunited in heaven with her husband and best friend Brian. Loving and devoted mother to Melissa (Matthew), Kaitlin (Billy), Kyle (Desiree), and Lauren (Craig). Cherished and proud grandmother of Aurora, Grayson, Brenna, and Halle. Daughter to Joan and Lorne (deceased), and Dauphine and Alfred. Sister to Ernie, Cathy, Helen, and Daniel (deceased). Debra was dedicated to her role as district director within the horticultural society, and embraced it with passion and excitement. She was a bright light and leader in her community, who was known for her incredible ability to bring people together. After retiring from a long and rewarding career with the Royal Bank, she enjoyed playing piano and travelling the world. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by everyone that knew her. Friends may pay their respects at Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral service to celebrate her wonderful life in the Chapel will start at 11 a.m with a reception to follow. Private interment will take place at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Bede’s Anglican Church in Smiths Falls or the Smiths Falls Horticultural Society.
