KOWALCHUK, Philomena (nee Luykx) – passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, November 15th, 2024 in her 84th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Bill Kowalchuk (2002). Loving mother of Lisa Terdik (John) of Simcoe, Andrew Kowalchuk (Melissa) of Waterford and Bill Kowalchuk (Margie Harrison) of Windham Centre. Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Jamie, Starsha, and McKenzie, children Aria & Alia. Philomena will be lovingly remembered by her sister Henny Pierce (Tom) of Simcoe, by her brother Joe Luykx (Margie) of Barrie and by several nieces, nephews & extended family. A private family graveside service will be held at Port Dover Cemetery at a later date. The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.
