Peacefully at the F. J. Davey Home on Tuesday March 12, 2024, at the age of 64.
Predeceased by her husband David Premo. Loving mother of Allison and Andrew (Karlee). Grandmother of Kayla, Blake, Emma, Malli, Patrick and Darren.
Predeceased by her parents John (Jack) and Patricia (Pat) Hertz. Sister of Lorrie (Pete), Michael (Cindy) and sister-in-law of Linda (Douglas). Aunt to Jeffrey, Lindsay, Christian, Dalton, Matthew and Brianna. Lee will be remembered by her past co-workers and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
Thank you to the staff, especially nurse Julie at the F. J. Davey Home Apple 2 for the care given to Lee Ann.
Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma District or the Twinkie Foundation. Payable by cheque or online.
