Passed away peacefully at ARCH on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the age of 91.
Survived by her husband Claude Leonard and children Gary Galbraith (Carol), Daniel Galbraith, and Rene Bourdage (Margaret). Daughter of the late Leon and Thurza Willette. Sister to the late Agatha Bool (late Clifford), late George Luck (late Gwen), late Bill Luck (late Lois), Katherine Jeffrey (late Leonard) and late Irene Irwin (late Dick). Daughter-in-law to the late Aurele and Helene Leonard. Sister-in-law to Allyne Leonard, Paul Leonard (late Diane), Anne Marie Leonard (Claude Roy), Agathe Leonard, Patricia Leonard and Benoit Leonard. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Jackie always thought of everyone else before herself. She was a soft lady, who cared so much about her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the New Greenwood Columbarium at 1:00 pm with Rev. Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating.
The family would like to give sincere thanks to Pat and Karen for the care and help given to Jackie. Thank you to Dr. Berry and staff in the Renal Department of the Sault Area Hospital as well as Chartwell Collegiate Heights and ARCH for the care and compassion.
