Jim passed away peacefully on December 14, 2024, at the age of 87. He was predeceased by his parents Dr. Helen Sawyer Hogg, and Dr. Frank Scott Hogg. Wonderful father to the late David, and Nancy and Susan. Loving brother to the late Sally, and Dave (late wife Carol). Caring uncle to Rod, Graham (Laraine), Ed, Brian, Doug (Shauna) and their families. Kind cousin to Mary and Christine. Also predeceased by his step-father F.E.L. Priestley.
He was a gifted teacher who helped many students over the years.
Jim will be remembered for his gentle, humble nature and his strong faith.
A private memorial service will be held for the family.
