McLEAN, Roberta Jean
April 6, 1930 – June 16, 2024
Passed away peacefully at Fairview Manor, Almonte in the early morning of Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Mack McLean. She leaves behind her children Harold (Arleen), Doug, and Dorothy Babcock (Glen).
She was known as Nanny to her 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Roberta was predeceased by her Parents Robert and Marion Eady, her son Ken McLean
and her brothers Stewart (Hazel), Jim (Thelma), Duncan (Sadie), Harold (Margaret), Ralph, Noble (Vivian) and her two sisters Marion (Angel Hogg) and Iris (Ralph Yuill).
She will be remembered by Ken’s spouse Sandra Pountney and Doris Price.
A special thank you to Fairview Manor, Almonte and all the staff on Garden Walk for all the special care mom has received during her stay.
Roberta’s final care has been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. Family is welcome to gather at Castleford Union Cemetery on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 11:00am for a graveside service.
