Dear father of Pamela Perrin (Robin) and Jeffrey (Deanna). Cherished grandfather of Dane, Riley, Kameron, Morgan, Marley and Garrett. Great grandfather of Wyatt, Lilyanna, Kilyan, Luna, Sawyer, Bennett and Avery. Brother of Sheila Salmon (Jim). Neil is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews
