WHITBY: Charles Wayne passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Norview Lodge, Simcoe. Wayne Whitby of Simcoe in his 71st year.
Beloved husband of the late Judy (MacAinsh) Whitby who predeceased him 5 years ago on July 25, 2019. He will be remembered by his brother Ken & Barb Whitby of London, sister Marilyn & husband George Radmore of Simcoe and sister-in-law Nancy Whitby of Simcoe. Also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents William & Marjorie (Roloson) Whitby, by his brother Don Whitby and by his first wife Erma (1992).
Relatives and friends will be received in the Jeffrey W Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front Rd. Port Rowan on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 12:30 – 1:15pm followed by a service in the Clark Chapel at 1:30pm Reception to follow. Private family burial to take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Waterford.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences can be posted at www.gffh.ca
