Obituary of Daisy Laurel May Solomon
Peacefully after a short illness, on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Ajax, at age 98. Daisy (nee Bryant) beloved wife of the late George “Joe” Solomon. Loving mother of Paul Solomon and his wife Bonnie of Port Perry, Karen and her husband Allan Faux of Pickering and John Solomon(deceased) and his wife Ava of Peterborough. Loved grandma of Stephen (Shelley), Trevor (Lori), Laurel (Tom), Ashley (Peter), Andrew, Renèe, Chad (Heather), and Amber (Dan). Daisy will be lovingly remembered by her 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. Sister of Chester Bryant (deceased) and his late wife June, Ronald Bryant (deceased) and his wife the late Burness, and Doris (deceased) and her late husband Jim Nash. Daisy will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.
The family of Daisy Solomon will receive extended family and friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 7 – 9 p.m. and Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Groveside Cemetery, Whitby.
