SEABROOK, Raymond Orrin
Peacefully passed away in the presence of his loving family on December 7, 2023, at PRHC Palliative Care unit, at the age of 90. Born the son of Orrin and Wilma Seabrook on April 1, 1933. He is survived by his wife Sandra (Offen) of 26 years. Predeceased by his wife Francis McCormick (deceased 1992), his second wife Joyce Cathers (deceased 1997), survived by his children Michael Seabrook (Janet), Shelley Card (Lee), Julie Atkins (Steve deceased 2021), Donna Perks (Brent), Bill Offen (Donna), Jody Jeremiah. Grandpa and Papa to his grandchildren Jamie (Penny), Paul (Tanya), Matthew (Cher), Luke (Jen), Benn (Emma), Kristen (Mark), Billy (Staisha), Alley (Thomas) and Christopher. Great Papa to Tori (Tyler), Brad (Emily), Stephen (Shannon), Rebecca (Sean), Abigail, Lydia, Maya, Rae, Chloe, Ellie and Dax. Great Great papa to Martin, Raylyn and Addison. Survived by his loving sister June Cupoli (John deceased 2017). Predeceased by his brother Roy. Many thanks to Dr. Blake and his Palliative/Hospice care team, and St. Elizabeth’s nurse Kristina. Ray dearly loved the game of golf. We wish to thank his many golf buddies he made over the years. He was deeply touched by the bench he was presented with on his last day of golf this year. One of the many happy places for Ray was Monterey Yacht and Country Club in Florida, where he and Sandy were able to enjoy 20+ years, making long lasting friendships and memories. Service will be held at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in the Spring at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Douro.
