Gordon Mead (Sr.) passed away suddenly at his home in Peterborough with his son by his side on January 17, 2024. Loving husband of predeceased wife, Betty Jean and married for 52 years. Loving father of Gord Mead (Jr.) and Joey Mead. He will be sadly missed by his grandsons, Dylan (Rikki), Johnny, and granddaughter, Jami (Kevin). He is predeceased by his brothers, Lionel, Doug, Albert, and Al. Gord Sr. will be fondly missed by his family and close friends. Thanks to Dr. Lem for his professional and compassionate care. Donations can be made to Canadian Lung Association or Diabetes Canada. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
