Passed away suddenly at his home on February 14, 2024. Don, Retired Owner of Beldoors Overhead Door Company of Peterborough, was in his 72nd year. Beloved and cherished husband of the late Madeleine Belway. Loving father of Tracy Belway (Ryan Kelly) of Peterborough. Adored Grandfather to Chloe Lawrence, Emma Kelly, Liam Kelly. Great Grandpa to Zora Lawrence/Hanbidge. Loving son to the late Roy Belway and Jeannine Balanger of Ottawa. Dear brother of Ann Joly (late Louis), James Belway (Jill), Rodney Belway (Annette), Lucie Belway. Dear stepson to Marcella Warehouse and stepbrother to Silvya Boruvka and Suzanne Peppard. Uncle Don will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Don also enjoyed playing on a dart league hosted at the Navy club and loved fishing and spending quality time with his grandchildren that he adored. He will be missed by many friends. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on March 2nd at 2:00 pm followed by service at 3:00 pm at ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough.
