Surrounded by the love of her family, Pat passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 17, 2024, in her 81st year. Pat is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wolf, as well as her children Andreas and Marcus (Nicole) and her grandchildren Owen and Ally. Pat was preceded in death by her brothers Ronald (Marg) and Thomas Hicks.
Pat had a lifelong drive to always keep learning, as evidenced by her becoming a private pilot at age 50, taking up golf at 60 and spending countless hours learning how to paint beginning at age 70. She was a true inspiration.
In keeping with Pat’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held.
If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
