It is with heavy hearts that the family of Shirley Eileen Norrie (Stephenson) announce her passing at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, surrounded by family, on Sunday, March 10th, 2024. Age 89 years.
Beloved wife of the late Bill Norrie for 70 years. Loving mother of Kim (Dail), and Cindy Mills (Donald). Lovingly remembered by her five grandchildren: Daniel, David (Gabby), Courtney (Ken), Krista, and Bryan (Reegan). Shirley will also be remembered by her seven great grandchildren: MacKenzie, Preston, Scarlett, Madison, Rowan, Hendrix, and Cohen. Dear sister of Ron, Ken, Karen, Gary, and the late Lynn, and Bob. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
As was Shirley’s wish, cremation has taken place.
A private family service and interment in Hillcrest Cemetery at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated.
