Marjorie Sproule Obituary
Passed away peacefully at Trillium Ridge Nursing Home, Kingston on Monday, July 1, 2024 at the age of 88. Devoted wife of the late William James Sproule. Marjorie will be lovingly remembered by her children Joe Sproule (Beth) of Tichborne, Wendy Sproule (Terry) of Hartington and Andy Sproule (Lori-Anne) of Tichborne. Proud grandmother of Rebecca (Kevin), Michael (Kayla), Melissa (Andrew), Gillian (David), Annie (Cody), Samantha (Connor) and Matthew as well as her great-grandchildren Brody, Wyatt and Dean. Beloved sister of Joanne Knox of Tichborne and John McGregor (Laurel) of Tichborne. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Edna McGregor (nee Gordon) as well as her siblings Marie Knapp (late Herman), Donald McGregor (late Barbara) and Eleanor Peters (late Glenn). Visitation will be held at the Goodfellow’s Funeral Home, Parham on Friday, July 5, 2024 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. Funeral Service to Follow in the Chapel at 1:00 pm officiated by Father Blair Peever. Interment to follow in Oconto Cemetery. Memorial Donations made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) Breast Cancer Research or the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
