Peacefully, at her home, on Friday, June 14, 2024 in her 87th year. Myrtle, born in Saskatoon, SK. on December 6, 1937. Daughter of the late George and Augusta Puterbaugh (nee Jansen). Loving wife of the late Frank Moorhouse. Mother of Fawn Morrison, Linda and her husband Mark McInnis, Diane and her wife Megan Hadley, Janice and her husband Mark Sheridan, Geoffrey and his wife Kathy, Cindy and her husband Steve Levacque, and Dwayne. Proud Nana of Sara McLeod (Gerald), Robert Morrison (Brenna),and Adrian Williams, Gramma of Kevin Moorhouse (Ashley), and Amanda Moorhouse (Riley); and Great Grandma of MacKenzie Gray, and Lochlan McLeod. Predeceased by her brothers Ray and Herb, and by her sister Katharin O’Brien.
Friends will be received on Monday, June 24, 2024 from 1:00pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00pm at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound.
