Passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Born in Wiarton on September 6, 1980, Deacon John Matheson of Kitchener, was in his 44th year.
Beloved son of Elaine Matheson (nee Meyer) of Owen Sound. Dear brother of Sandy Desjardins and special friend of Kelly Carvara. Deacon will be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by his father Don Matheson.
Memorial visitation will be held at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th St. W., Owen Sound, 519-376-7492, on Sunday, March 17, 2024, from 1-4 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
