Cody William Wessels, of Paisley and formerly Kincardine, passed away suddenly on
Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the age of 37. Cherished son of Nanci White (Doug Carey) of Paisley. Loving father of Rory Samuels of Paisley. He leaves behind his brother Lee Wessels (Shannon Deschambault) of Kincardine and their children LJ, Nathan and Alexia. Fondly remembered by his grandmother Louise Wessels. Predeceased by his father Steven Wessels, grandfather Bill Wessels and his grandmother Marianne White. Remembered with love always by Cody’s many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family. Cody has a special place in many hearts. A stand up guy with a tough demeanour and a heart of gold. Best known for his amazing goalie skills during his minor hockey career in Kincardine and AAA hockey career in Durham and Listowel. Donations to the Canadian Tire Jump Start Program or Kincardine Minor Hockey would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services, greybrucecremation.com.
