Obituary of Sidonia Simioni
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Sidonia Simioni on February 26, 2024 in her 77th year.
Beloved wife to Francesco Simioni, loving mother to Katharina (Peter Korossy), and a wonderful and proud grandma to Isabella. Sister of Anna (Sammy) and the late Mary. She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother, Sidonia will be fondly remembered for her immense love for her family and friends, her kindness towards others, and her talent of knitting and crocheting – there are many of us that have worn her knitted sweaters or have cuddled up with a blanket bearing the label “Made by Sidonia with Love”. She will be so dearly missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road. Inurnment to follow. For those unable to attend the service, you can join virtually at SERVICE LINK .
