Obituary of Sheri Sue Russett
It’s with the heaviest hearts we announce the passing of Sheri Sue Russett at the age of 63 at home on September 1st/2024. She was surrounded by loved ones as she entered Heavens gates.
Forever missed, her legacy will continue to shine through her children John Mitchell Blake MacLennan, Katlyn Shea Desormeaux and son in law Thomas Desormeaux. Cherished deeply by her two grand children, Lexi and Wes Desormeaux.
Survived by her brothers Rick Russett and Marty Russett. Predeceased by her parents Elaine Carson and Leslie Russett along with siblings Wayne Russett, Donnie Russett, Patti Russett (Peter Stepchuk) and sister in law Lisa Henry.
Fondly remembered by her Niece, Bobbi Russett (John) and Nephew, Nicholas Stepchuk (Kayla). She also leaves behind several cherished cousins and friendships. We have all suffered a great loss.
She will always be remembered for her spontaneity and love for travel adventures. Her sense of humour and witty personality always kept you on your toes. Her unwavering spirit and strength in the face of adversity was an inspiration. Sheri went to great lengths to make sure her family was always taken care of. She lives on in the many fond memories we all hold in our hearts.
