With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Kei Catherine Moray on September 10, 2023, two months shy of her 67th birthday.
She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her husband Michael (married 36 years), daughters Laura (Josh) and Christine (Franklin); and granddaughter Chloe; mother (Donna) and predeceased by father (Robert – 1999); mother and father-in-law (John and Jenny); sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews (Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta), family dog Rio, and her many friends, neighbours, and coworkers.
Kei’s love, endless generosity, selflessness, caring and kindness extended to everyone with amazing family celebrations, cottage trips, Sunday dinners, book club meetings, volunteering as an ESL teacher, and even after passing, being an organ donor where she saved three lives. She will be remembered as a brilliant economist, loving wife, devoted daughter, supportive mother, and sweet Baachan to her granddaughter Chloe. The greatest joy in her life was watching her daughters grow up and start their own families.
