On October 27th, 2023 with her children by her side Frances Ann Pedder passed away after a hard fought battle with cancer at the age of 72. Frances was born September 7th, 1951 in England to the late Reginald Looker and Elsie Looker (Johnson), she was the sister to Steven Looker.
Frances married Timothy John Pedder on February 18th 1977 and is survived by her two children Tobie and Daniel. She was a proud grandmother to Victoria and Alexandra.
Frances worked for over 20 years as a coordinator of volunteers for the Ministry of Correctional Services. After retiring she became a volunteer herself at Hospice Wellington. She had a love for music and was know to have the best Mick Jagger Impersonation around. Frances loved travel and together with Tim were checking off their bucket list.
There will be a celebration of life on Friday November 3rd. The celebration will begin at 12:30 with a luncheon to follow at the Guelph Legion, 57 Watson Pkwy S, Guelph. All are welcome
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to Hospice Wellington are made in Frances name.
