It is with great sadness that the family of Douglas Morrison announce the sudden passing on Saturday September 14, 2024 at the Wakefield Hospital Long Term Care Facility at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary Burgess. Loving father of Scott (Debbie), Bruce (Louise) and Chris (Christina). Special Grandpa to Kyle, Tiffany, Emily and Melissa. Dear son of the late Roy Morrison and Maisie. Dear brother of Richard (Linda). He will be forever in our hearts and deeply missed by all.
Visitation will be held at the McGarry Memorial Chapel, 176 route 105, Wakefield, QC J0X 3G0 on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm, and on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 10am until time of memorial service in the chapel at 11am.
A special thank you to all the staff at the Long Term Care Wakefield for their care and compassion.
